Steve Erwin is a CPA who also leads Erwin CPA Group. Franklin Tax Group grew out of a straightforward observation: too many real estate property owners were leaving significant deductions on the table simply because no one had ever walked them through what a proper cost segregation study could do.
From an office in Fishers, Indiana, Franklin Tax Group serves clients nationwide, from single-property owners to portfolio investors, combining engineering-based methodology with the practical instincts of a working CPA firm.
